ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が第17期（平成22年3月期）決算を発表した。第17期はオフィスビル2棟の追加取得及び保有物件の敷地一部売却を行った。敷地売却による売却益885百万円や修繕費の減少が寄与し、前期比4.4%増益、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い投資口数が10%増加、1口当たり分配金は18,043円となった。第18期（平成22年9月期）は、賃貸収益が増加する一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなることから10%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,360円となる見通し。続く第19期（平成23年3月期）1口当たり分配金は16,460円となる見通し。
