ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が第16期（平成21年9月期）決算を発表した。第16期は物件の取得はなし。固都税及び修繕費が増加するも、三菱UFJ信託銀行本店ビルの未利用容積利用権の売却益728百万円が寄与し、前期比0.9%増益、1口当たり分配金は19,198円となった。併せて投資口42,000口の追加発行及びオーバーアロットメントによる投資口4,200口売出を行うことを発表。調達資金は318億円を見込み、併せて発表した汐留ビルディングの追加取得資金及び借入金返済に充当する。これに伴い第17期（平成22年3月期）業績予想は、上記物件取得による賃貸収入及び神宮前メディアスクエアビルの敷地一部売却益880百万円を見込む一方、投資口発行費用及び支払利息増等により0.4%減益、投資口数10%増に伴い1口当たり分配金は17,320円と前期を9.8%下回る見通し。続く第18期（平成22年9月期）1口当たり分配金は16,240円となる見通し。
