ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が第15期（平成21年3月期）決算を発表した。第15期は、汐留ビルディングの準共有持分10%を取得し前期比4.6%増収となる一方、減価償却費及び支払利息の増加等により0.3%減益、1口当たり分配金は19,020円となった。併せて、保有する三菱UFJ信託銀行本店ビルの未利用容積の利用権を、隣接する開発案件（丸の内1-4計画）へ移転することを発表。この未利用容積の移転に伴う対価約730百万円を第16期（平成21年9月期）に計上する。これにより第16期は4%増収を見込む一方、固都税費用及び支払利息の増加等により、前期比0.9%減益、1口当たり分配金は18,850円となる見通し。続く第17期（平成22年3月期）は、賃貸収入は減少を見込む一方、神宮前メディアスクエアビルの敷地一部売却に伴う利益880百万円計上により0.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は18,940円となる見通し。
