ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が保有する神宮前メディアスクエアビルの敷地一部を東京都に売却する。売却価格は約15億円。売却する部分は、明治通りに面する敷地面積137mm。「東京都市計画事業環状第5の1号線」の事業対象地としてかねてより指定されており、今般の都市計画決定に伴い収用される。簿価との差額は約8.9億円となり、売却益として第17期（平成22年3月期）に計上される。第17期業績予想は第15期（平成21年3月期）決算発表に併せて公表される予定。
