ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が第14期（平成20年9月期）決算を発表した。第14期は、2棟取得（うち1棟は追加取得）により賃貸収入が増加する一方、前期に計上した優先出資の配当金がなくなるため、前期比34%減益、1口当たり分配金は19,072円となった。第15期（平成21年3月期）は、このまま推移すると前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し前期比2.4%増収となる一方、減価償却費及びファイナンス費用の増加により前期比3.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は18,410円となる見通し。続く第16期（平成21年9月期）はさらに増収を見込む一方、平成20年に取得した固都税費用により3.2%減益、1口当たり分配金は17,830円となる見通し。
