ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が第13期（平成20年3月期）決算を発表。第13期は、5棟取得（うち2棟追加取得）さらに晴海センタービルの開発を目的とした特定目的会社への優先出資に対する配当金79億円が寄与し、前期比70%増益、1口当たり分配金は29,223円となった。第14期（平成20年9月期）は、第13期に取得した物件の通期稼働により賃貸収益が増加する一方、上記配当金がなくなるため37%減益、1口当たり分配金は18,310円となる見通し。続く第15期（平成21年3月期）1口当たり分配金は18,610円となる見通し。
