ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人（JRE）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は33,000口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は8%増の443,000口となる。期末に近い増資の実施はREITでは異例。調達資金は376億円を見込み、以下の新規物件取得及び借入金返済に充当する。併せて、横浜みなとみらい地区のオフィスビルを取得する。物件は、みなとみらい駅に直結する平成19年12月竣工15階建てオフィスビル。取得日の稼働率は69.9%を予定。売り主はJREのスポンサーである三菱地所。上記投資口発行及び物件取得により、第13期（平成20年3月期）及び第14期（平成20年9月期）業績予想を修正。第13期は従来予想比4.4%増益なるも、上記投資口数増により1口当たり分配金は28,750円と3.3%下回る見通し。第14期は、MMパークビルの通期稼働により従来予想比8.4%増益、1口当たり分配金は18,260円となる見通し。
