ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が第9期（平成18年3月期）決算を発表した。第9期は、第8期に取得した4棟の通期稼働及び第9期に取得した2棟の収益に伴い、前期比1.4%の増益、1口当たり分配金は16,172円となった。第10期（平成18年9月期）は、第9期に取得した北の丸スクエアの通期稼働他2棟の持分追加取得に伴い、前期比9%の増収を見込む一方、平成17年に取得した物件の固都税負担が発生するため1.7%減益、1口当たり予想分配金は15,890円となる見通し。また、第11期（平成19年3月期）業績予想を開示しており、前期比9%増益、1口当たり予想分配金は17,300円を見込む。
