アドバンス・ロジスティクス投資法人が、第12期（2024年8月期）決算を発表した。 第12期は、「LOGITRES佐野」等3物件を取得した。新規物件の収益が寄与したが、アイミッションズパーク三郷、アイミッションズパーク東京足立、アイミッションズパーク守谷2のテナント退去に伴う減収や、合併関連費用の発生により、前期比11.9％減益。減価償却費の46.3％の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,785円と前期比2.5％減となった。 期末のポートフォリオは16物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,392億円、有利子負債比率は44.2％。 第13期は、11月1日に三井不動産ロジスティクスパーク投資法人と合併することが決定したため、10月30日に上場廃止となる予定。運用期間が2ヶ月間となり、当期利益は625百万円、分配金見合いの合併交付金は1口当たり928円となる見通し。
