アドバンス・ロジスティクス投資法人が、第11期（2024年2月期）決算を発表した。 第11期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比1.1％増益。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,856円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは13物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,332億円、有利子負債比率は42.5％。 第12期（2024年8月期）は、「LOGITRES佐野」を取得する。6月末にアイミッションズパーク三郷とアイミッションズパーク東京足立の一括貸テナントであるイー・ロジットが中途解約する（ポートフォリオ全体に対する解約面積の割合は計9.6％）。空室期間の発生なく次テナントの収益を織り込むが、リーシング費用や修繕費の増加により、前期比1.2％減益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,830円となる見通し。 第13期（2025年2月期）は、支払利息等の増加により、前期予想比0.9％減益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,810円となる見通し。
