アドバンス・ロジスティクス投資法人が、第10期（2023年8月期）決算を発表した。 第10期は、「アイミッションズパーク市川塩浜」を追加取得した。これにより前期（6ヶ月換算）比10％増益。減価償却費の32.2％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,826円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは13物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,332億円、有利子負債比率は42.4％。 第11期（2024年2月期）は、前期に取得した物件が通期寄与する一方、水道光熱費や修繕費の増加により、当期利益は前期と同水準を見込む。減価償却費の29.9％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,830円となる見通し。 第12期（2024年8月期）は、「LOGITRES佐野」を取得する予定。これによる賃貸収益が増加するが、固都税や減価償却費、支払利息等の増加により、前期予想比0.2％減益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,830円と前期予想と同額となる見通し。 スポンサーの開発物件の他に資産運用会社独自の取得ルートを活用し、引き続き中期目標である資産規模2,000億円を目指す。
