アドバンス・ロジスティクス投資法人が、第9期（2023年2月期）決算を発表した。 第9期は、決算期を変更したことにより、運用期間が2022年8月～2023年2月の7ヶ月間。 投資口の追加発行を行い、「アイミッションズパーク市川塩浜」の共有持分70％を取得。また匿名組合出資を行い、工場の優先交渉権を取得。新規物件の収益と運用期間の増加により、前期比30％増益。投資口数12.4％増加に伴い、利益超過分配を減価償却費の38.7％に増額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,239円（6ヶ月換算で2,723円）となった。 期末のポートフォリオは13物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,266億円、有利子負債比率は40.0％。 第10期（2023年8月期）は、「アイミッションズパーク市川塩浜」の共有持分残30％を追加取得する。運用期間が6ヶ月間と通常期に戻るため、前期比9.8％減益を見込む。減価償却費の29.9％の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,806円となる見通し。 第11期（2024年2月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比0.5％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,820円となる見通し。 引き続き中期目標である資産規模2,000億円を目指す。
