アドバンス・ロジスティクス投資法人が、第8期（2022年7月期）決算を発表した。 第8期における物件取得はなし。6月に伊藤忠グループの資産運用会社の合併を行い、併せて投資法人名称を変更した。固都税の増加により、前期比1.7％減益。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,715円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは12物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,114億円、有利子負債比率は41.1％。 第9期（2023年2月期）は、決算期が1月/7月から2月/8月に変更となる。運用期間が7ヶ月間の変則となるため、前期比19.9％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,239円（6ヶ月試算で2,723円）となる見通し。 第10期（2023年8月期）は、運用期間が6ヶ月間に戻る。当期利益は第8期比0.4％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,725円となる見通し。 引き続き中期目標である資産規模2,000億円を目指す。 また資産運用会社の合併により、物件情報及び取得機会の拡大を図るとともに、運用体制及び人材育成を強化する。
