伊藤忠アドバンス・ロジスティクス投資法人が、第5期（2021年1月期）決算を発表した。 第5期は「アイミッションズパーク柏2」「アイミッションズパーク印西2」を取得。これにより前期比13.2％増益。投資口数23.5％増加により、1口当たり利益分配金は前期比7.7％減となったが、利益超過分配金を減価償却費の46.4％相当に増額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,517円と、前期比3.8％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは10物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は981億円、有利子負債比率は34.3％。 第6期（2021年7月期）は、「アイミッションズパーク東京足立」「アイミッションズパーク三芳」を取得し、資産規模は1,114億円となる。これにより前期比12.2％増益を見込む。減価償却費の19％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,464円と、前期比2.1％減となる見通し。期末の有利子負債比率は41.6％を想定。 第7期（2022年1月期）は、第6期に取得する2物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比4.7％増益を見込む。減価償却費の17.7％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,557円と、前期予想比3.8％増となる見通し。期末の有利子負債比率は40.9％を想定。
