タカラレーベン不動産投資法人が、第15期（2025年8月期）決算を発表した。 第15期は、「スプリングサニーホテル名古屋常滑駅前」を取得、「仙台日興ビル」の残り50％等2物件を売却した。固都税や支払利息が増加したが、賃貸収入や物件売却益の増加により、前期比1.1％増益。当期利益の一部を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は2,780円と前期比0.7％減となった。 期末のポートフォリオは79物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,732億円、有利子負債比率は48.7％。 第16期（2026年2月期）は、前期に取得した物件が通期寄与するが、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比15％減益を見込む。内部留保を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,700円と前期比2.9％減となる見通し。 第17期（2026年8月期）は、支払利息の増加等により、前期予想比2.8％減益を見込む。内部留保を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,700円と前期予想と同額となる見通し。 引き続きPOを伴う外部成長及び新規物件の内部成長により、1口当たり巡航分配金3,500円を目指す。 なお、11月に開催される投資主総会の承認を経て、「MIRARTH（ミラース）不動産投資法人」へ名称変更する予定。
