タカラレーベン不動産投資法人が、第14期（2025年2月期）決算を発表した。 第14期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「アパホテル蒲田駅東」等10物件を取得する一方、「仙台日興ビル」の一部を売却した。これによる賃貸収益増加、物件売却益299百万円が寄与し、前期比25.9％増益。当期利益の一部を内部留保とし、投資口数が16.6％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,800円と前期比3.7％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは80物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,726億円、有利子負債比率は48.7％。 第15期（2025年8月期）は、「スプリングサニーホテル名古屋常滑駅前」を取得、「仙台日興ビル」の残持分等2物件を売却する。物件売却益が増加するが、支払利息等の増加により、前期比1.1％減益を見込む。当期利益の一部を内部留保し、1口当たり分配金は2,700円と前期比3.6％減となる見通し。 第16期（2026年2月期）は、物件売却益がなくなるため、前期予想比12.3％減益を見込む。内部留保を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,700円と前期予想と同額となる見通し。 引き続きPOを伴う外部成長及び新規物件の内部成長により、1口当たり巡航分配金3,500円を目指す。
