タカラレーベン不動産投資法人が、第13期（2024年8月期）決算を発表した。 第13期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「ラグゼナ東陽町」等7物件を取得した。これにより前期比13.8％増益。9百万円を内部留保とし、投資口数が12.9％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,700円と前期比1％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは70物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,494億円、有利子負債比率は47.8％。 第14期（2025年2月期）は、2期連続となる投資口追加発行を行い、「ラグゼナ八王子南町」等、10物件を取得。これにより前期比15.1％増益を見込む。内部留保より23億円を取崩し、投資口数が16.6％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,700円と前期と同額となる見通し。 第15期（2025年8月期）は、前期に取得した物件が通期寄与するが、固都税や支払利息の増加により、前期予想比0.8％減益を見込む。内部留保より43百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,700円と前期予想と同額となる見通し。 引き続きスポンサーであるMIRARTHホールディンググループのサポートを強化し、資産規模目標3,000億円を掲げるとともに、1口当たり巡航分配金3,500円を目指す。
