タカラレーベン不動産投資法人が、第12期（2024年2月期）決算を発表した。 第12期における物件取得はなし。オフィスの賃貸収入が増加、リーシング費用が減少する一方、減価償却費や投資主総会費用の増加により、当期利益は前期と同水準。将来の分配金安定化を目的に14百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は2,672円と前期比2.1％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは63物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,321億円、有利子負債比率は47.1％と前期より変動なし。また2月に運用ガイドラインを変更し、住宅中心の総合型REITへポートフォリオの構築方針を変更した。 第13期（2024年8月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「ラグゼナ東陽町」等7物件を取得。これにより前期比13.3％増益を見込む。投資口数が12.9％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,700円と前期比1％増となる見通し。 第14期（2025年2月期）は、賃貸収入が増加するが、減価償却費や支払利息等の増加により、前期予想比0.5％減益を見込む。内部留保より10百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,700円と前期予想と同額となる見通し。 上場時の目標である資産規模1,500億円を概ね達成したことから、今後は3,000億円を目指す。
