タカラレーベン不動産投資法人が、第11期（2023年8月期）決算を発表した。 第11期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「TLRレジデンス両国」等、住宅9物件を取得した。新規物件及び既存物件の賃貸収入の増加により前期比8.3％増益。将来の分配金安定を目的に51百万円を内部留保とし、投資口数の増加により、1口当たり分配金は2,617円と前期比3.4％減となった。 期末のポートフォリオは63物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,321億円、有利子負債比率は47.1％。なお、住宅を積極的に取得した結果、住宅の投資比率が37.4％とオフィスの投資比率を上回った。 第12期（2024年2月期）は、オフィスのテナント退去、資産運用報酬や投資主総会費用の増加により、前期比0.7％減益を見込む。1口当たり分配金は2,672円と前期比2.1％増となる見通し。 第13期（2024年8月期）は、固都税の増加等により、前期予想比1.0％減益を見込む。内部留保より17百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,672円と前期予想と同額となる見通し。 引き続きスポンサーパイプライン及び運用会社独自のネットワークを活用し、中期目標である1口当たり巡航分配金3,500円を目指す。
