タカラレーベン不動産投資法人が、第10期（2023年2月期）決算を発表した。 第10期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「ラグゼナ北千住」等9物件を取得、「ホテルサンシャイン宇都宮」等3物件を売却した。賃貸収益は増加したが、物件売却益の減少により、前期比3.3％減益。内部留保及び一時差異等調整引当額の戻入により、1口当たり分配金は2,710円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは54物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,210億円、有利子負債比率は47.2％。 第11期（2023年8月期）は、2期連続となる投資口の追加発行を行い、「TLRレジデンス両国」等8物件を取得。これにより前期比2.2％増益を見込む。内部留保を取り崩すも、投資口数8.3％増により、1口当たり分配金は2,600円と前期比4.1％減となる見通し。 第12期（2024年2月期）は、旗艦物件であるNTビルの収益回復、リーシング費用の減少により、前期予想比3.3％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金は2,623円と前期予想比0.9％増となる見通し。 引き続き中期的な巡航分配金目標である1口当たり3,500円を目指す。
