タカラレーベン不動産投資法人が、第7期（2021年8月期）決算を発表した。 前期の物件売却による売却代金を活用し「カインズ大宮店」等6物件を取得する一方、「Almost Blue」等2物件を売却した。前期の物件売却により賃貸収益は減少したが、物件売却益457百万円が寄与し、前期比5.9％増益。分配金の安定化を目的として、物件売却益のうち150百万円を内部留保とするも、1口当たり分配金は3,156円と1.8％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは37物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は867億円、有利子負債比率は46.0％。 第8期（2022年2月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「アピタ名古屋南店」等12物件を取得し、資産規模は1,131億円に拡大。商業施設や住宅の投資比率が上昇し、用途の分散が進む。これにより前期比7.8％増益を見込む。内部留保より40百万円を取り崩すが、投資口数24.3％増加により、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,000円と前期比4.9％減となる見通し。 第9期（2022年8月期）は、固都税の増加等により、前期予想比7.0％減益を見込む。内部留保より42百万円を取り崩すも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,800円となる見通し。 引き続き中期目標である1口当たり分配金3,500円を目指す。
