タカラレーベン不動産投資法人が、栃木県宇都宮市に保有するオフィスビルを売却する。物件売却は、11月に公表した「盛岡駅前通ビル」「EME郡山ビル」に続いて当期3物件目の売却となり、地方都市に保有するオフィスビルの売却が続いている。 本物件の売却額は8.03億円。売却額が直近期の鑑定価格を下回るが、将来的な修繕費の増加や収益成長余地を勘案し、売却を決定した。売却代金は将来の物件取得資金に充当する予定。 本物件売却に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
