タカラレーベン不動産投資法人が、第4期（2020年2月期）決算を発表した。 第4期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「Almost Blue」等7物件を取得する一方、「TTS南青山ビル」の残持分を売却した。売却益が減少するが、新規物件の賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比5.4％増益。投資口数33.9％増加により、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,693円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは35物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は863億円、有利子負債比率は45.9％。 併せて兵庫県神戸市の「家電住まいる館YAMADA神戸垂水店」の底地一部を神戸市に売却する。売却額は48百万円。売却益は25百万円を見込む。 第5期（2020年8月期）は「ラグゼナ本厚木」を取得。新型コロナウイルスの影響により保有する商業施設やホテルの一部テナントから賃料支払いの猶予及び減免の要請があるため、51百万円の減収を想定。更に物件売却益の減少により、前期比18.6％減益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,000円となる見通し。 第6期（2021年2月期）は、前期の売却益がなくなるが、既存物件の増収により、前期予想比0.1％増益、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,000円となる見通し。 引き続き外部成長及び内部成長を通して、中期目標である1口当たり巡航分配金3,500円を目指す。
