タカラレーベン不動産投資法人が、第3期（2019年8月期）決算を発表した。 第3期は「TA湘南鵠沼海岸」「ドーミーイン盛岡」を取得、「TTS南青山ビル」を一部売却した。 固都税の費用化、修繕費の増加によりNOIが減少する一方、TTS南青山ビルの売却益738百万円が寄与し、前期比38.2％増益。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,693円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは29物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は645億円、有利子負債比率は49.5％。 第4期（2020年2月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「ラグゼナ平和台」等6物件を取得、「TTS南青山ビル」の残持分を売却。物件売却益が319百万円と前期より減少するが、6物件の収益が寄与し、前期比2.8％増益を見込む。投資口数33.9％増により、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,600円と前期比23％減となる見通し。 第5期（2020年8月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期予想比13.9％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,100円となる見通し。
