タカラレーベン不動産投資法人が、3物件に投資する合同会社の匿名組合出資持分を取得する。出資額は1億円（出資割合は約3％）、スポンサーであるタカラレーベン、PAGインベスト・マネジメントも併せて本合同会社に出資予定。 対象となる3物件は、港区南青山の都市型商業施設、愛媛県松山市のヤマダ電機の店舗及び屋上の太陽光発電設備、兵庫県神戸市のヤマダ電機店舗の底地。3物件の鑑定価格は計146.9億円。併せて3物件の優先交渉権（期限は2020年3月）を取得する。
