タカラレーベン不動産投資法人が、神奈川県藤沢市の商業施設を取得する。昨年7月の上場時に27物件取得後初めての取得となる。 取得する物件は、小田急江ノ島線鵠沼海岸駅より徒歩1分に位置する、スポンサーであるタカラレーベンが2017年に開発した、2階建の商業施設。ドラッグストア等3社が営業し、稼働率は100％。取得額は5億円。 これに伴い第3期（2019年8月期）業績予想を修正。10月に公表した業績予想に対し0.7％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,020円となる見通し。
