タカラレーベン不動産投資法人が、第1期（2018年8月期）決算を発表した。 第1期の実質的な運用期間は、物件を取得した7月30日からの33日間。 修繕費や減価償却費が当初想定を下回ったことにより、上場時に公表した業績予想に対し増益となり、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は98円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは27物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は643億円、有利子負債比率は49.7％。 第2期（2019年2月期）より運用期間が6か月間となる。これにより当期純利益1,140百万円、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,300円となる見通し。 第3期（2019年8月期）は、固都税の費用化に伴い、前期予想比9.1％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,000円となる見通し。 有利子負債比率は第2期末に48.5％程度、第3期末に47.0％程度を見込む。
