ザイマックス・リート投資法人が、第13期（2024年8月期）決算を発表した。 第13期は、商業施設を裏付資産とする優先出資証券を追加取得した。ホテルの変動賃料、オフィスや商業施設の賃料増加が寄与し、前期比0.8％増益。1口当たり分配金は3,328円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは18物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は434億円、有利子負債比率は40.7％。 第14期（2025年2月期）は、「からくさホテル札幌」を取得する一方、「ザイマックス三田ビル」を売却する。売却益154百万円が寄与し、前期比10％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,661円となる見通し。 第15期（2025年8月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期予想比14.2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,141円となる見通し。 「ヴィータ聖蹟桜ヶ丘」の主要テナントであるイオンモールが2025年8月末に退店となる。スポンサーであるザイマックスの運営ノウハウを活用し、リニューアルを行う予定。
