ザイマックス・リート投資法人が、「ザイマックス三田ビル」を売却する。 売却する物件は、港区芝にある、1991年竣工のオフィスビル。優先交渉権を保有する物件との物件入替えを行うことで、ポートフォリオの質向上と売却益の分配を目的とする。売却額は8.9億円。 これに伴い第14期（2025年2月期）業績予想を修正。ザイマックス三田ビルの売却益計上により、4月に公表した業績予想に対し14.7％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,570円となる見通し。
