ザイマックス・リート投資法人（XRI）が、特定目的会社の優先出資証券を取得する。 対象となる不動産は、大阪府枚方市に、スポンサーであるザイマックスグループが開発予定の商業施設。2階建、延床面積9,000平米予定。テナント候補と定期賃貸借予約契約を締結済。2024年12月に竣工予定。 XRIは特定目的会社が発行する優先出資証券を50百万円で2回に分割して取得するとともに、本物件の優先交渉権を取得する。
