ザイマックス・リート投資法人が、第9期（2022年8月期）決算を発表した。 第9期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「ザイマックス札幌大通ビル」等3物件を取得する一方、「ルネッサンス21千早」を売却した。ポートフォリオの58％を占めるオフィスの期末稼働率は99.2％と前期より0.4ポイント上昇。賃貸収益及び物件売却益の増加により、前期比15.3％増益。投資口数が11.8％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,019円と前期を上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは18物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は434億円、有利子負債比率は41.0％。 第10期（2023年2月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比22％減益を見込む。1口当たり分配金は3,120円となる見通し。 第11期（2023年2月期）は、固都税の増加により、前期予想比2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,058円となる見通し。 今後は従来以上のスピードで更なる成長を目指す意向。
