CREロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、第15期（2023年12月期）決算を発表した。 第15期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比8.6％増益。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,820円と前期比5.4％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは21物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,595億円、有利子負債比率は44.1％。 第16期（2024年6月期）は、テナント退去による減収や固都税の増加により、前期比5.8％減益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,619円と5.3％減となる見通し。 第17期（2024年12月期）は、融資関連費用や支払利息が増加する一方、リーシング費用や修繕費の減少により、前期予想比0.9％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,654円と1％増となる見通し。
