CREロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、第14期（2023年6月期）決算を発表した。 第14期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「ロジスクエア枚方」「ロジスクエア白井」を取得した。これにより賃貸収益は増加したが、前期の物件売却益がなくなったため、前期比43％減益。投資口数11.2％増加に伴い、利益超過分配金を減価償却費の39.2％相当に増額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,626円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは21物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,595億円、有利子負債比率は44.7％。 第15期（2023年12月期）は、資産運用報酬や修繕費が増加するが、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比7.5％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,785円と4.4％増となる見通し。期末の有利子負債比率は44.1％へ低下する見込み。 第16期（2024年6月期）は、テナント退去による減収や固都税の増加により、前期予想比4.8％減益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,619円となる見通し。
