CREロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、第12期（2022年6月期）決算を発表した。 第12期における物件取得はなし。固都税が増加する一方、前期に取得したロジスクエア大阪交野の通期稼働により、前期比1.6％増益。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,577円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは20物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,346億円、有利子負債比率は43.9％。 第13期（2022年12月期）は、「ロジスクエア狭山日高」を追加取得する一方、「ロジスクエア千歳」を売却する。これによる売却益1,774百万円が寄与し、前期比91.2％増益を見込む。物件売却益を全額分配する一方、利益超過分配を行わず、1口当たり分配金は6,186円となる見通し。 第14期（2023年6月期）は、ロジスクエア狭山日高の賃貸収益が通期寄与するが、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期予想比47％減益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,626円となる見通し。 2023年末までに契約期間満了のテナントは全て再契約済み。また2022年末以降スポンサー開発物件が順次竣工予定のため、将来の外部成長が視野に入る。
