CREロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、第11期（2021年12月期）決算を発表した。 第11期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、旗艦物件となる「ロジスクエア大阪交野」を取得した。 これにより前期比18.2％増益。投資口数が12.9％増加するも、1口当たり利益分配金は4.7％増。減価償却費の31％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,524円と前期比3.7％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは20物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,346億円、有利子負債比率は44.0％。 第12期（2022年6月期）は、固都税が増加する一方、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比0.1％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,529円となる見通し。 第13期（2022年12月期）は、融資関連費用や支払利息の減少により、前期予想比0.5％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,547円となる見通し。 なお、現時点で2023年末までに契約期間満了のテナントは全て再契約済であり、引き続き収益安定性は極めて高い。
