CREロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は8ヶ月ぶりで、5期連続となる。 発行口数は64,550口。これにより発行後の投資口数は12.9％増の564,700口となる。調達額は132億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は「ロジスクエア大阪交野」。本物件は、大阪内陸部、第二京阪道路交野南インター近くに位置する、今年1月に竣工したマルチテナント型の物流施設。スポンサーであるシーアールイーによる開発。テナントは5社、稼働率は100％。取得額223.7億円はポートフォリオの中で最大規模。 これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は19.9％増の1,346億円となる。 これらに伴い業績予想を修正。 第11期（2021年12月期）は、8月に公表した業績予想に対し、12.9％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり利益分配金及び1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）ともに前回予想から変更なし。 第12期（2022年6月期）は、上記取得物件の通期稼働により、前回予想比18.5％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり利益分配金は5.0％増となり、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,529円となる見通し。 なお、有利子負債比率は第11期末及び第12期末ともに44.3％と、第10期（2021年6月期）末の44.8％から低下する見込み。
