CREロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、第10期（2021年6月期）決算を発表した。 第10期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「ロジスクエア狭山日高」等、物流施設3物件を取得した。これにより前期比17.2％増益。投資口数18.1％増加により、1口当たり利益分配金は前期比0.8％減となったが、減価償却費の31.7％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,398円と前期比0.2％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは19物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,123億円、有利子負債比率は44.8％。 第11期（2021年12月期）は、第10期に取得した物件の通期寄与、支払利息や融資関連費用、投資口発行費用の減少により、前期比4.1％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,504円と前期比3.1％増となる見通し。期末の有利子負債比率は44.6％を想定。 第12期（2022年6月期）は、固都税の増加により、前期予想比4.1％減益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,375円と3.7％減となる見通し。期末の有利子負債比率は44.8％を想定。 引き続き年間250億～300億円の外部成長を目指す意向。
