CREロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、第8期（2020年6月期）決算を発表した。 第8期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「ロジスクエア草加」等物流施設4物件を取得した。これにより前期比41.3％増益。投資口数が33.9％増加するも、1口当たり利益分配金は5.5％増加。減価償却費の28.1％相当額の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,086円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは13物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は736億円、有利子負債比率は45.9％。 第9期（2020年12月期）は、3期連続となる投資口の追加発行を行い、「ロジスクエア上尾」等3物件を取得。これにより前期比32.9％増益を見込む。投資口数が22％増加するも、1口当たり利益分配金は9.0％増となる。利益超過分配金を減価償却費の23.5％相当額に減額し、1口当たり分配金は3,297円となる見通し。 第10期（2021年6月期）は、1テナントの契約満了や固都税の増加により、前期予想比8.3％減益を見込む。利益超過分配金を減価償却費の38.2％相当額に増額し、1口当たり分配金は3,205円となる見通し。 なお、有利子負債比率は第9期末及び第10期末ともに45.0％に低下する見込み。
