CREロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、第7期（2019年12月期）決算を発表した。 第7期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「ロジスクエア春日部」「ロジスクエア川越」を取得。これにより前期比15.1％増益。投資口数が12.2％増加するも、1口当たり利益分配金は前期比2.6％増加。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,012円と前期比2.0％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは9物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は541億円、有利子負債比率は47.7％。 第8期（2020年6月期）は、2期連続となる投資口追加発行を行い、「ロジスクエア草加」等、物流施設4物件を取得。これにより前期比38％増益を見込む。投資口数が33.9％増加するも、1口当たり利益分配金は前期比3.0％増加を想定。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,040円と、前期比0.9％増となる見通し。 第9期（2020年12月期）は、第8期に取得した4物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比7.8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,263円と前期予想比7.3％増となる見通し。 有利子負債比率は第8期末に46.0％、第9期末に45.6％と、第7期末の47.7％より低下する見込み。
