CREロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2期連続となる。 発行口数は88,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は4,400口。発行後の投資口数は33.9％増の347,250口となる。 調達額は107億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金とする。 新たに取得する物件は「ロジスクエア草加」等、物流施設4物件、取得額は計195.6億円。取得後の資産規模は36％増の736億円となる。 これに伴い、第8期（2020年6月期）業績予想を修正。上記4物件の賃貸収益が寄与し、昨年8月に公表した業績予想に対し37％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,040円と0.4％増となる見通し。 併せて第9期（2020年12月期）業績予想を発表。新規4物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比7.8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,263円となる見通し。 第9期末の有利子負債比率は46.6％想定と、第7期末（2019年12月期）末47.7％から低下する見込み。
