CREロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2018年2月上場後初めて。 発行口数は28,100口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は2,810口。これにより発行後の投資口数は12.2％増の259,250口となる。 調達額は約30億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 取得する物件は「ロジスクエア川越」「ロジスクエア春日部」の築浅の物流施設2物件。ともにスポンサーであるシーアールイーが開発した。2物件の取得額は計63.9億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は13.4％増の541億円となる。 これに伴い第7期（2019年12月期）業績予想を修正。 2物件の収益が寄与し、2月に公表した業績予想に対し14.7％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,990円と1.7％増となる見通し。 併せて第8期（2020年6月期）業績予想を発表。 2物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比1.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,029円となる見通し。 なお、有利子負債比率は第6期（2019年6月期）末47.9％（見込み）に対し、第7期末48.2％、第8期末47.9％程度となる見通し。
