CREロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、第5期（2018年12月期）決算を発表した。 上場時に取得した物件の通期稼働に伴う増収、前期に発生した上場費用がなくなったことにより、前期比31.8％増益。減価償却費の30％を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,351円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは7物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は477億円、有利子負債比率は47.7％。 第6期（2019年6月期）は、上場時に取得した物件の固都税の増加により、前期比13.8％減益を見込む。減価償却費の30％を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,940円となる見通し。 第7期（2019年12月期）1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）も2,940円となる見通し。 現在のポートフォリオは全て長期固定の定期借家契約である点から、収益拡大には外部成長が必要となる。スポンサーのシーアールイーのパイプラインを活用し、引き続き築浅の物件を取得していく構え。投資口価格に配慮しながら、中期的には資産規模1,000億円を目指す。
