CREロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、2月7日、物流施設特化型REITとして東証に上場する。 スポンサーである株式会社シーアールイーは、物流施設に特化した開発及び管理を行う。2009年設立後、不動産事業の承継や物流事業会社との合併を経て事業を確立した。更に2014年に資産運用会社を買収しファンド事業に着手、2016年に本投資法人を設立し私募で運用し、2年弱を経てREIT上場に至る。また2017年にケネディクスがシーアールイーへ15％出資、これに伴いケネディクスが資産運用会社へ役員派遣等のサポートを行う。 投資法人の上場時のポートフォリオは「ロジスクエア久喜」等、首都圏を中心に物流施設7物件（うち5物件はシングルテナント）。7物件の取得額は計477億円。いずれもスポンサーであるシーアールイーの開発物件。平均鑑定NOI利回りは5.0％、平均築年数は1年、賃貸借残存期間は8.1年。 またスポンサーグループより計6物件の優先交渉権を保有しており、上場後は資産規模1,000億円へ早期拡大を目指す。 上場時に投資口発行161,150口、売出41,900口を行い、約174億円の調達を見込む。IPOブックビルディングは1月24日～1月29日。
