三菱地所物流リート投資法人（MEL）が、匿名組合出資持分を追加取得する。 対象となる不動産は、千葉県船橋市にある、2021年竣工の物流施設「ロジクロス船橋」。テナントは日本通運1社、稼働率は100％。SPCは本物件を75億円で取得し、MELは本SPCの匿名組合出資持分を追加取得する。追加出資額は192百万円。 併せて2029年3月を期限とする本物件の優先交渉権を取得する。
