三菱地所物流リート投資法人が、「MJロジパーク仙台1」を売却する。 売却する物件は、宮城県多賀城市にある、2009年竣工の物流施設。テナントは3社、稼働率は100％。 築15年が経過し今後大規模修繕が必要なこと、鑑定価格及び簿価を上回る価格で売却できることから、売却を決定した。売却額は100億円。売却益は27.54億円を見込む。2期に分割して売却する。 これに伴い第16期（2024年8月期）業績予想を修正。上記物件の51％を売却し、売却益13.92億円を計上する。これにより10月に公表した業績予想に対し29％増益を見込む。売却益計上に伴い利益超過分配を行わず、1口当たり分配金は9,366円と15.9％増となる見通し。 なお、第17期（2025年2月期）に残り49％の売却益13.61億円を計上する。業績予想は4月に公表する予定。
