三菱地所物流リート投資法人が、第14期（2023年8月期）決算を発表した。 第14期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比2.2％増益。一時的な減収に対し、利益超過分配を減価償却費の33.2％に増額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は7,832円と2.7％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは32物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,616億円、有利子負債比率は38.0％。 第15期（2024年2月期）は、「MJインダストリアルパーク郡山」の底地と、「MJロジパーク加古川1」を取得する。これにより前期比2.6％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は7,963円と1.7％増となる見通し。 第16期（2024年8月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、修繕費の減少等により、前期予想比1.4％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は8,080円となる見通し。
