三菱地所物流リート投資法人が、第5期（2019年2月期）決算を発表した。 第5期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「ロジクロス厚木」「ロジクロス神戸三田」を取得。これに伴い賃貸収益や台風被害による保険金収入が寄与し、前期比16.8％増益。利益超過分配を減価償却費の37％相当と一時的に増額し、投資口数が14.9％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,492円と前期を3.8％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは10物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は832億円、有利子負債比率は27.0％。 第6期（2019年8月期）は、固都税や資産運用報酬が増加するが、前期の一時的減収の反動増や投資口発行費の減少等により、前期比2.9％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,492円と前期と同額となる見通し。 第7期（2020年2月期）の1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）も5,492円となる見通し。 引き続き、継続的な1口当たり分配金の成長を実現しながら、資産規模2,000億円を目指していく。
