森トラスト・ホテルリート投資法人（MTH）が、森トラスト総合リート投資法人と2023年3月1日を効力日とする合併契約を締結したことを発表した。これに伴いMTHは2023年2月27日に上場廃止となる予定（但し、2023年1月開催予定の投資主総会における承認を前提とする）。 併せて第14期（2023年2月期）業績予想を発表した。 10月に公表した第13期（2022年8月期）決算発表時点では、コロナ禍に伴う業績への影響が予測出来ず、業績予想を未定としたが、変動賃料の見通しが立ったこと、合併に伴う費用発生を反映し、改めて公表する。 合併費用98百万円を計上する一方、変動賃料の増加により、前年同期比26.6％増益を見込む。分配金見合いの1口当たり合併交付金は1,342円となる見通し。
