森トラスト・ホテルリート投資法人が、中央区京橋にあるコートヤード・バイ・マリオット東京ステーションの準共有持分1％を、スポンサーである森トラストに売却する。2021年8月に本物件の準共有持分5.5％を森トラストに売却済であり、今回は追加売却となる。前回同様に、金融機関との借入契約において財務制限条項に抵触しているため、これを解消することを目的として売却する。今回の売却額は1.81億円。なお、前回同様に売却持分の再取得に関わる優先交渉権を取得する。 これに伴い第13期（2022年8月期）に売却益が発生するが、業績予想の修正はなし。
