森トラスト・ホテルリート投資法人が、第12期（2022年2月期）決算を発表した。 第12期における物件取得はなし。シャングリ・ラ東京の変動賃料が増加したが、前期の物件売却益がなくなったことや、コートヤード東京及び大阪の最低保証賃料との差額減少により、前期比56％減益となり、1口当たり分配金は1,061円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは5物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,077億円、有利子負債比率は49.3％。 第13期（2022年8月期）は、引き続きコロナ禍によるホテル変動賃料を予測することが出来ないため、業績予想を未定とする。6月中を目処に公表する予定。
